Farm to Table
Our locally growing smallholder farm aims to provide the bulk of our kitchen’s raw material needs. We strive to grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs with our own hands, without chemicals, so that a rich variety of familiar and less familiar vegetables and fruits are put on our guests’ plates. You can also buy our jarred delicacies in our pantry shop.
On our farm you can take part in forgotten traditions and village pig slaughtering during open days, you can even try your hand at the daily life of a small backyard farm. Take part in home tastings. You can also learn how to make bread, strudel, jam or even cook in the oven.
